Areeb Naseer is an experienced attorney with a strong background in business litigation, consumer regulatory matters, and real estate litigation. With over two decades of legal practice, he has successfully handled complex litigation cases, including shareholder derivative actions, minority oppression issues, and commercial disputes. His expertise extends beyond litigation, as he has played a pivotal role in business development, strategic operations, and process optimization within legal organizations.

Throughout his career, Areeb has held leadership roles that have contributed to significant organizational growth, helping expand a firm from 50 to over 1,200 employees. He has developed and implemented strategic measures to increase efficiency, enhance visibility, and meet client expectations in fast-paced legal environments. As a trusted advisor, he has counseled clients on compliance with federal and state consumer finance regulations, including the FDCPA, Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, and FCCPA.

In addition to his litigation and regulatory expertise, Areeb has been a featured speaker at various industry summits, providing insights on foreclosure litigation, compliance, and legal strategies.
