Craig Blinderman, Esq.
Craig Blinderman is a seasoned trial lawyer, and brings over three decades of litigation experience to The Entrepreneur Lawyers, where he serves as Chair of the Litigation Department. His practice focuses on guiding business owners, executives, and entrepreneurs through high-stakes commercial disputes in state and federal courts as well as arbitration forums. Known for his strategic and pragmatic approach, Craig is committed to helping clients resolve complex conflicts in a way that protects the business and preserves relationships whenever possible.
Craig has successfully represented companies in multimillion-dollar disputes across industries, including real estate, automotive, healthcare, and professional services. He has led litigation teams through trials and arbitrations nationwide, earning recognition for his professionalism, client-centered strategies, and deep understanding of the business implications of legal decisions.
Before joining The Entrepreneur Lawyers, Craig was a partner at previous Florida-based law firms, where he served as lead trial counsel in significant commercial cases and oversaw litigation strategy firm-wide. Earlier in his career, Craig served as a prosecutor with the Broward County State Attorney’s Office and as Assistant General Counsel to the Broward County Sheriff’s Office, gaining extensive trial experience and insight into governmental and regulatory matters.
A frequent speaker on arbitration and litigation best practices, Craig has addressed industry associations and appeared in legal publications, including the Daily Business Review and Automotive News. He holds a J.D. from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School and a B.S. in Advertising from the University of Florida. He is an Adjunct Professor of Law at Nova Southeastern University’s Abraham S. Fischler College of Education & School of Criminal Justice.
Outside the courtroom, Craig is known for his commitment to mentorship, and enjoys spending time with his wife, another accomplished Litigator, and their children.
