Current Openings
Business Litigation Senior Associate (FL)
Preferred: 5–6 years of federal and civil litigation experience. Spanish a plus. 2nd chair in trials also helpful. Must have strong issue-spotting, solid research skills, and be familiar with local/state civil procedure rules. Experience with motion practice, client communication, and managing case strategy from inception to resolution is also preferred.
Intellectual Property - Partner (FL)
15+ years experience in handling Trademarks, copyright, and trade secrets issues, in litigation and/or transactional (or before the TTAB/PTAB). Patent licensure a bonus, but not required. Demonstrated team player as this role will involve cross-collaboration with multiple departments/team members.
Corporate Attorney - Partner (FL)
12+ years experience in corporate transactions, mergers & acquisitions, and private equity preferred. Demonstrated leadership/mentorship skills. Experience with securities and Spanish speaking a plus.
Trust and Estate - Partner (FL)
10+ years preferred in Trust & Estates work, with at least the last 5 of those 10+ years working with Trusts/Estates valued at $1M or more on a regular basis. LLM or tax experience is a bonus.
