How We Helped
We identified and resolved a potential chain-of-title issue mid-transaction — clearing chain of title before closing. We simultaneously negotiated a comprehensive disclosure package against buyers’ counsel, structured post-closing transition and independent contractor arrangements that allowed the sellers to continue serving the business during handoff, and secured deletion of a burdensome regulatory closing condition that would have imposed unnecessary closing risk on our clients.
